Delivery & payment for auto parts from AliExpress
All orders from our catalog are completed on the official AliExpress marketplace, so delivery and payment follow the marketplace rules: escrow-protected payment, a tracking number for every parcel and buyer protection at every step. Below — the delivery route, estimated timing by region, and every payment option you can use.

The delivery route — 5 stages
- 1
Order placement
You pick a part in our catalog and hit "Buy on AliExpress". Checkout and payment happen on the marketplace side — we never see or store your card details.
- 2
Seller processing
The seller packs the order and hands it to a logistics carrier, usually within 1–5 days. The order status changes to "Awaiting shipment" then "Shipped".
- 3
Transit across China
The parcel moves through local sorting hubs to the border and receives an international tracking number that you can follow in your AliExpress account.
- 4
Import and customs
The parcel clears customs in the EAEU. In the vast majority of cases this is fully automatic and does not involve the recipient at all.
- 5
Final delivery
A courier service or national post brings the order to your pickup point or door. Check the item, then confirm receipt in AliExpress to release payment to the seller.
Estimate delivery time for your region
The estimate is indicative, not a commitment: exact timing and faster paid options depend on the seller and are always shown in the AliExpress cart before payment.
How you can pay
Payment happens entirely on the AliExpress side — we never ask for your card details. The marketplace holds the money in escrow until you confirm receipt.
Bank cards
Visa, Mastercard, Mir. Payment runs on the secure AliExpress side — card details never touch our site.SBP and e-wallets
Fast payments and e-wallets available in your region — the exact list is shown at AliExpress checkout.Apple Pay / Google Pay
One-tap contactless payment from your phone, no manual card entry.Escrow buyer protection
The seller receives the money only after you confirm receipt of the order. This is the core of the AliExpress buyer protection program.Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery from AliExpress take?
Standard delivery to Sochi and most Russian regions takes about 2–4 weeks (typically 10–30 days depending on the region). The exact timing for your address and the faster paid options are always shown in the AliExpress cart before you pay.
How do I track my order?
After the seller ships the order, a tracking number appears in your AliExpress account under "My Orders". Paste it into the built-in tracker or any parcel tracking service — statuses update automatically along the route.
Do I have to pay customs duties?
The EAEU has a duty-free threshold per parcel (check the current limit before ordering — it changes over time). AliExpress shows the final amount at checkout, and because our catalog works only with the official AliExpress marketplace, parcels come with correct declarations and no surprise fees in practice.
What if the order does not arrive or is wrong?
Open a dispute in your AliExpress account before the buyer protection timer runs out. The platform freezes the seller payout until you confirm receipt, and refunds the money for confirmed problems — not delivered, damaged or not as described.
Can I return an auto part?
Yes. Returns follow the AliExpress and seller policies — most items can be returned within 14+ days. Keep the packaging, open a return request in "My Orders", and the platform will mediate. Every product in our catalog comes exclusively from the official AliExpress marketplace, so the return flow is the standard marketplace one.
